Refund policy

Right of withdrawal. Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from their order without giving a reason. Send a clear statement to contact@painkillerkids.com; we reply with the return instructions. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We refund all sums paid, including standard shipping, within 14 days of receiving your request, using the original payment method. We may wait until we receive the item or proof of shipment.

Minimum production not reached. Vol. 01 goes into production only if at least 150 pieces are pre-ordered across the whole drop when it closes. Otherwise every order is refunded in full, shipping included, within 5 days of the closing date.

Late delivery. If your order is not delivered by 15 February 2027, you can cancel it by email and be refunded in full, shipping included, within 14 days.

Damaged or non-conforming item. Write to us with a photo. The legal warranties apply (2 years from delivery in France).
