Terms of Sale
These terms of sale (the “Terms”) govern all sales made on painkillerkids.com by PAINKILLERKIDS, a French micro-enterprise registered with the Trade and Companies Register — Melun Registry (SIRET registration in progress), VAT not applicable under article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Placing an order on the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms.
1. Products and availability
PAINKILLERKIDS sells its products through limited “Drops”, available for pre-order during a 72-hour window and made to order. Every order is a “Blind Box”: the customer chooses and pays for a product without knowing its exact rarity tier in advance, which is revealed only when the package is opened. No restock is offered once a Drop has closed.
2. Orders and payment
Orders are placed directly on the Site. Full payment is due when the order is placed and is processed securely by Shopify Payments. Each order is confirmed by a summary email sent to the address provided by the customer.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. As PAINKILLERKIDS operates under the VAT franchise scheme, VAT is not applicable, in accordance with article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
4. Delivery
As products are made to order after each pre-order window closes, production and shipping times are stated on the page of the relevant Drop. PAINKILLERKIDS will inform the customer by email of any significant change to these times.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 full days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or bear any costs other than those set out below.
To be accepted, the returned item must be new, never worn or washed, and sent back in its original packaging with all labels intact. Withdrawal requests must be sent by email to contact@painkillerkids.com before the return is shipped.
Return shipping costs are borne entirely by the buyer.
Once the returned item has been received and checked, PAINKILLERKIDS will issue a refund within 14 days at most, using the same payment method as the original order.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items returned worn, washed, damaged, or with labels removed.
6. Legal warranties
Products sold are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the legal warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), independently of the right of withdrawal.
7. Liability
PAINKILLERKIDS cannot be held liable for failure to perform the contract in the event of force majeure, raw material shortages, or unforeseeable and insurmountable acts of a third party.
8. Personal data
The processing of personal data collected when ordering is described in the Site's Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact PAINKILLERKIDS at contact@painkillerkids.com to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action.
