Refunds
This page explains, in plain terms, how to withdraw from an order and when you are refunded. The full rules are in our Terms of Sale.
Withdrawal: 14 days
You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw, without giving any reason.
- Send us a clear statement by email to contact@painkillerkids.com (you can use the model form below).
- Send the item back within 14 days of your message. Return shipping is at your cost.
- We refund everything you paid, including standard shipping, within 14 days of your request, using your original payment method. We may wait until we receive the item or proof that you sent it.
Other refunds
- Fewer than 150 pieces. If fewer than 150 pieces (boxes) are pre-ordered across the whole drop when it closes, nothing is produced and every order is refunded in full, shipping included, within 5 days.
- Late delivery. If your order has not arrived by 15 February 2027, you can cancel it by email and get a full refund, shipping included, within 14 days.
- Faulty or non-conforming item. The legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects apply. Write to us and we will repair, replace or refund.
